Saville Australia Celebrates 'Topping Out' of Saffron.
Saville Australia has officially celebrated one of the construction industry's oldest customs, the 'topping out' at the site of Saffron Luxury Apartments, located at 151 Adelaide Terrace in inner city Perth.
The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi officiated the topping out ceremony, which traditionally marks the completion of the apartment building’s structural frame.
Standing at its full height of 23 levels, Saffron has now entered its final phase of development.
Saville
Australia Director of Sales & Marketing said the event was a
significant construction milestone for the City of Perth and Saville
Australia.
“We are extremely proud of Saffron and the success it has enjoyed to date,” said Mr Gianoli.
“The
topping out ceremony is an ideal way to mark this exciting milestone in
the construction of Saffron – not to mention the perfect way to show
off the development’s breathtaking views across the Swan River and
cosmopolitan views over Perth city,” he said.
At the time of the
development’s inception, Saffron was one of the tallest residential
towers to receive approval by the City of Perth.
Saville
Australia is making a lasting contribution to the city’s skyline and
revitalisation with not only Saffron, but with the Altus apartment
towers in upper Adelaide Terrace and the landmark inner city Capital
Square.
Mr Gianoli believes these developments will change the
face of Perth and are further evidence towards Perth’s changing
lifestyle trend of inner city living.
Saffron residents will
be able to take full advantage of what the city and East Perth has to
offer with an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Saffron
Luxury Apartments offers 154 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
Residents will enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, heated spa,
gymnasium and business centre.
