Saville Australia secures prime Mindarie apartment site.

Residential developer Saville Australia has secured the last remaining development parcel within the award winning Mindarie Keys project in a highly coveted tender.

The prime oceanfront site completes the final stage of the Mindarie Wharf precinct and is approved for the development of residential apartments offering unrestricted ocean views.

Saville Australia has secured the site with the view to create Palazzo Mindarie, luxurious oceanfront apartment living, the first of its kind for the area.

Comprising 39 absolute oceanfront residences over 4 levels, Palazzo Mindarie will offer a lock up and leave lifestyle alternative to the traditional homesites of the area.

Apartments will be designed to make the most of the ocean and coastal views and will offer spacious accommodation with many residences exceeding 200sqm internally and some boasting private plunge pools overlooking the ocean.

In winning the tender Saville Australia has also secured first right to a number of the future boat pens to be constructed within the Mindarie Marina, to be made available to Palazzo Mindarie residents.

Saville Australia Director of Sales and Marketing Peter Gianoli is thrilled with the acquisition and believes Palazzo Mindarie will be well received.

Saville Australia will now undertake an extensive architectural design program and marketing of Palazzo Mindarie is expected to commence later in the year.
