Behind the growth of the company and each new property development project is a highly qualified team of Perth-based professionals led by an executive team responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and overseeing each Division within the company. 

Projects

Led by Director of Projects Gus Desousa, the Project Division is responsible for the successful on-time delivery of the project portfolio within Saville Australia. 

Sales and Marketing

The Sales and Marketing Division, led by Director Peter Gianoli, is responsible for developing the branding and direction of each project as well as sale of residences through Saville Australia's team of dedicated sales consultants. 

Finance 

The Finance Division, headed by Group Financial Controller, Scott Grant, ensures smooth financial processes and systems across the company. 

Business Support

The Business Support Division is managed by Adminstration Manager Grace Wang, and is responsible for implementing company procedures and ensuring smooth administrative functions within Saville Australia.
