Capital Square

Capital Square is set to change the face of Perth and transform the city skyline.

Following a period of inactivity, Saville Australia won the highly-coveted tender to redevelop the iconic site with a proposal which will see the site once again transformed into the meeting place of Perth.

Working with renowned architects Crone Robinson to create a breathtaking residential and commercial design, stage one of Capital Square will see 41 levels of luxury residential living make its mark on the skyline as one of Perth’s tallest residential towers.

The exclusive residences will boast Perth’s most panoramic views across the river, city and nearby Kings Park.

Standing amongst a beautifully styled public square, Capital Square will offer residents a range of shops, cafes and restaurants on their doorstep. Then, a short stroll away there is all the attractions of King Street and beyond: shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes, bars and theatre.
